Norfolk Harvesters U18 Boys Program:
Our Junior boy's program is a comprehensive developmental program, designed for players of all skill levels.

Players will develop fundamental rugby skills both on and off the field.
Players are required to have proper footwear (cleats on field/runners indoor), proper athletic attire, a mouth guard and

water bottle at all training and competition sessions.
Our calendar year can be broken up into three stages: (all of below are included in each athletes registration)
Summer 15s; The boys begin training the first Monday in June (6th).
Practices run from 6:00pm-7:30pm every Monday at Waterford District High School. With an optional training day on
Tuesday with the Senior Men program 
Games run every Wednesday (kick off generally around 7:00-7:30pm). Home games are played at Waterford District High School.
The schedule will be posted on the Niagara Rugby Union website when it is ready to go.  As soon as it is I will send out additional information 
Fall 7s; Begins in September. Boys will practice every Monday/Wednesday from 5:00-7:00pm at Waterford District High School. Games are played in tournament style on weekends. Schedule for tournaments will be posted in the near future. 
Winter Training;  After the fall 7s season, boys are welcome to train as a part of the Norfolk Harvesters Senior Touch League on Thursdays at The Aud in Simcoe from 8-930pm. These sessions are conditioning based but allow for better development in defense, ball handling and passing 
Academy sessions run from November to April
We are also looking at starting more rugby specific training during the winter months.  More information to come 
Note: Fall 7s and Winter Training are offered by the club as optional activities for the athletes to participate in.

Rookie Rugby (Minor Rugby DOB 2005-2012)

Our Flag Rugby program provides a fun and safe atmosphere for our

youngest Harvesters to learn the basics of the game.
Practices will be held Friday evenings from 6:00-8:00 at Waterford District High School, starting in May and running through to the end of July. Teams will have the opportunity to participate in Festivals hosted by various rugby clubs throughout our league--we are hoping to enter 1 tournament each month. Coach Mark is looking forward to a great season of Rookie Rugby with you!

What do I need for Rookie Rugby? Running Shoes or Cleats and a water bottle (Wear comfy clothes for running too)

Norfolk Harvesters Senior Programs (Men and Women):
Our Senior programs work on conditioning, fundamental rugby skills, and game play strategies. Both teams compete at the "B" level of competition, playing teams such as Windsor, Wilmot and St. Catharines. 
Players are required to have proper footwear (cleats on field/ runners indoor), proper athletic attire, a mouth guard and water bottle at all training and competition sessions.
Spring training sessions begin in April. Practices are held Monday  (please note the change) and Thursdays at WDHS from

6:30-8:00 approximately. 

(After practice socials are held at Swazzee's)

The Senior season run from May-August, with games being played on Saturdays 


Winter Training;  A Senior Touch League runs from November to April on Thursdays at The Aud in Simcoe from 8-930pm.

Summer 15s; The girls begin in June right after the high school season. 
Practices run from 6:00pm-7:30pm every Monday at Waterford District High School. Games run every Wednesday (kick off generally around 6:00-6:30pm). Home games are played at Waterford District High School.
Fall 7s; Begins in September. Girls will practice every Monday/Wednesday from 5:00-7:00pm at Waterford District High School. Games are played in tournament style on weekends. Schedule for tournaments will be posted in the near future. 
Winter Academy (regional development); After the fall 7s season, girls are welcome to train as a part of the winter academy sessions. These sessions are split between skill development and strength/ conditioning.
Academy sessions run from November to April, every Wednesday from 5:15-7:30pm at Holy Trinity Catholic High School. 
Note: Fall 7s and the Winter Academy are optional--they are offered by the club at no extra cost.
