Our Senior programs work on conditioning, fundamental rugby skills, and game play strategies. 


Men will be playing in the Niagara Rugby Union A division this year while Women join forces with the Brantford Harlequins in the Ontario Women's League and the Niagara Rugby Union A division. 


Players are required to have proper footwear (cleats on field/ runners indoor), proper athletic attire, a mouth guard and water bottle at all training and competition sessions.
Spring training sessions begin in April and the Game season begins in May

Senior Practices are held Monday and Thursday at WDHS from 6:30-8:00pm approx. 

The Senior season run from May-August, with games being played on Saturday afternoons 


After practice and home game socials will be taking place at the Gibbled Goose this year!
